Terms of use

Last updated 2026-10-08

These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you use it on behalf of a company, you accept them for that company and confirm that you may do so.

1. Who we are

The website is operated by NORDTEK, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec, Canada (“NORDTEK”, “we”). Contact: info@nordtekfilms.com.

2. What this website is for

The website presents NORDTEK paint protection film to businesses — distributors, dealers and installers — and lets them apply to work with us. Nothing is sold through the website, and no price is published on it.

3. Information on the website

  • Product information is general. Performance figures on the website are minimum thresholds, not measured values, and do not replace the technical documentation provided to partners under a non-disclosure agreement.
  • Images and clips on this site are rendered or staged illustrations. They show where a condition acts or what a finish looks like; they do not depict a test, a NORDTEK installation or a specific vehicle.
  • We keep the content accurate and current, but it may change without notice and may contain errors. Do not rely on it alone for a purchase, installation or business decision.

4. Applications

  • Sending a distributor or dealer application is a request to start a conversation. It does not create a contract, an order, a distribution right or a reservation of any territory.
  • Territories, prices, supply, launch support and every other commercial term exist only in a written agreement signed by NORDTEK and the partner. Nothing on the website, and no email or quote that is not expressly confirmed in writing, is an offer.
  • We may decline any application without giving reasons.
  • Information you receive from NORDTEK under a non-disclosure agreement is governed by that agreement.

5. Warranty

The NORDTEK limited warranty for car owners is given under the owner warranty terms, which are sent with every warranty certificate; these website terms do not govern it. Warranties between NORDTEK and its distributors or dealers are set out in their supply agreements. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded by contract.

6. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation or security, send automated or misleading submissions, try to access data that is not meant for you, or copy content in bulk.

7. Intellectual property

The NORDTEK name, the NT mark, the finish names KLAR, DIMMA, SVART and NATT, and the text, images, clips and design of the website belong to NORDTEK or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. Any other use, including reproduction, modification or use of the marks, requires our written permission.

We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of websites we link to.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NORDTEK is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from the use of the website or from reliance on its content. NORDTEK is not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Personal information

How we handle information you send through the website is set out in the privacy policy.

11. Disputes and governing law

If a dispute arises, write to us first; most questions are settled that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of the judicial district of Iberville (Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu) have jurisdiction, unless a law that applies to you provides otherwise.

12. General

If a provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms; the version published here, with its date, applies from its publication. The terms are available in English, French and Spanish; where the versions differ, the version in the language of your application applies.
